Account deletion
Delete your Idle Birder account and data
Idle Birder is published by Chimba Productions. Deleting an account permanently removes the account and its associated online game data.
Delete inside Idle Birder
- Open More, then Profile.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review both confirmation messages and select Delete Account again.
The in-game option is available while signed into the account being deleted.
Request deletion outside the game
If you cannot open Idle Birder, email [email protected] from the Google email address connected to the game. Use the subject Idle Birder Account Deletion. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Data that is deleted
- Your Idle Birder authentication account and chosen Birding Name.
- Your current Cloud Save and retained recovery backups.
- Your LeaderBird participation and public ranking entry.
- Feedback submissions that used the same Google email address as their optional reply email, when identifiable.
Data on your device
In-game deletion removes the deleted account’s saved game from that device. A separate Guest game is not part of the online account and is not deleted. Uninstalling Idle Birder removes local app data according to your device’s behavior but does not, by itself, delete an online account.
Retention
Account deletion is permanent. We may retain only information that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving the deletion request, and only for as long as necessary.
